A. Exchange Policy

1. We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.
2. However, we’d be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags and packaging, within 3 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
3. SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
4. There can be margin of 1-3 inches in the garment depending on size compared to size chart & listing details, as it’s hand embroidered.
5. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Such as Damaged & used items, cannot be Exchanged.
6. Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
7. In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos and pictures.

B. Return Policy

1. Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags and packaging are eligible for return, within 3 days from the date of delivery.

3. All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take up to 15 working days.
4. In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

C. Points to be noted while Returning any product

1. Please keep the products ready with invoice and tags.
2. Do not forget to collect a receiving slip from pickup guy. Please click short video of the article while giving it to pick-up guy and win dispute later. Don’t hand over products to delivery guy until the pickup message is received. We arrange pick-ups via 3rd-party courier. Chikankarisaag is not liable if handed to the wrong person.
3. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.

D. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

E. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

F. Change in Size / Delivery Address / Phone Number

If you'd like to make changes by posting details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at chikankarisaaga@gmail.com with the subject: "Order Number + Revised Information".

We’ll facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.
